Before booking please consider that:
– all people in room pay even if they don’t occupy a bed. For example “children sleep in parent’s bed”, above three years old they will pay anyway. Price for third and fourth person in room pay € 25,00 each.
– in winter season system offers just two nights availability. Contact us directly if you wish to check availability for just one night.
– half board is not available on every dates. Restaurant is only open when it has enough reservations.
– use “Special requests” in online reservation form if you wish to reserve dinner or there are children in room

Terms and conditions
• For a final reservation of your booking we require a deposit payable as it will be communicated (according to form we will send you it could be enough for us to have just your data as guarantee).
• In winter week-ends minimum stay is two nights in half board with compulsory dinner.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked period will be invoiced.
• The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests are kindly asked to call us in case they arrive after 6:30 p.m.
• This price list replaces all previous price lists.
• Drinks and extras are not included.
• Car parking in front of hotel, free and not guarded.
• We do not answer for objects forgotten in the hotel.
• If at the moment of booking the rates indicated are different from those of reception pricelist, the rates of this pricelist apply
• Reserved lunches must be paid if not cancelled before 24 hours
• We will do our best to fulfil your special wishes for certain types of room, but kindly ask for your understanding should they not be available.
• Children rates apply only for children sharing the room with two adults paying full rate.
• The rates of the treatments are fix and will not be refunded if treatments are not done.
• We don’t accept cheques.
• Please note pets are not allowed.
• SKY channels vision and WI-FI internet connection are experimentally available in every room and they are free. In case of any lack of these services Hotel declines every responsibility and no any refund will be applied.
