31/07 The Proposal

Under a Bocca Nuova in eruption he made her The Proposal.

We found a nice message in reception and, some hours later, an email we have been glad to read!

“Hello Davide,

Today we arrived home after 9 very good days on Stromboli and Etna.

This morning we left your nice hotel in silence at 07:00 a.m. and hopefully you’ve found the important note: the room was good!! We liked it very much and it was the same as we had in 2008. And another positive thing: the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in hotels.

And… guess what happened yesterday: my boyfriend asked me for marriage on Etna!!! How romantic is that?!! 🙂

I’m looking forward to the next visit in september!! That time I’ll be with my parents.
Well, in the meantime I have to live with the Etna webcams, hoping that I’ll see nothing on them because Etna is saving al the lava and eruptions until I’m there again…
