08/02 It’s snowing again and “Hotel in Nicolosi” trick

It’s heavy snowing in this moment.

Cable car is closed due to wind and fog anyway, at least, we are getting much more snow for next weeks.

Cold is intense but despite all recommendations we send our guest there is somebody who arrives with car without chains or winter tyres.

Poor little Porsche which will remain here today… I hate to say “I told him!”

Many guests had problems to find us due to poor Google searchs.

If you look for “Hotel Etna” you’ll find us quite easily but looking for “Alberghi a Nicolosi” or other keywords you will fall in a net of unuseful tourism portals which will try to intercept e-mail you send us. Most of these e-mail generally die in some spam filter because most of these portals are not serious.

If you look for a good portal try a good one which sends us your e-mails at your name without filtering them: I am happy to propose Paesi On Line page about Nicolosi at: Hotel Nicolosi in hope your mail will pass by them.

Another good portal is Trip Advisor with many hotels all over the world.

I love free portals where you don’t pay to be published.

Small update: chains found! Even a Carrera can found chains, on Etna! I am happy we have several chain vendors and that they make a good job. Porsche is free to run on snow, now.
