04/09 LAST UPDATE: Stop the press! Before going to sleep I finally had a good photo. Image shows what is possible to see outside my house’s window. Thanks to Andrea Pulvirenti of IPPO Service who made photo. Please notice all those lights on Etna’s cone: Hotel is in center of highest line of lamps, not bad, eh? You couldn’t believe there is no risk at all, I know but it’s true 🙂
04/09 SECOND UPDATE: there is also a lava river. I publish two images from INGV and Etna Trekking webcams. Click on them if you wish to see them in full size. Unluckly I don’t have a camera with me today.
04/09 UPDATE: in this moment, 08:00 p.m. there is a magnificent lava fountain! Wonderful! Connect to a webcam if you read this now!
